Single-family homes underway at Crystal Falls

​​​​​LEANDER – Trendmaker Homes has acquired 29 home lots within the Fairways neighborhood of the Crystal Falls master-planned community. 

The homes will have ten contemporary floor plans ranging from 3,404 to 3,985 sf. The expected buyer profiles are professionals with families and professionals who work from home. 

Located west of SH 183 about 25 miles north of downtown Austin, the 5000-acre Crystal Falls community is part of the Leander Independent School District, with three on-site elementary schools and one middle school, and a high school nearby.

Prices will begin in the low $500,000s with a grand opening expected in August 2016.
