12-story Uptown Dallas office building tops out

​​DALLAS – KDC and McCarthy Building Cos. celebrated the​​ topping out of 1920 McKinney, a 150,000-sf office building located at 1920 McKinney Ave. at Harwood St. 

The Class A building features six stories of office space on top of a six-story parking structure with 8,500 sf of ground-floor retail and restaurant space. The tower will have a ratio of three parking spots for every 1,000 sf of office space.,

Construction began in September 2014 and is scheduled for completion in April.

BOKA Powell is the architect, JLL is leasing the office space, and The Retail Connection is leasing the ground-floor retail space. ​​​
