JV’s 35-acre Frisco data center project

​​​​​​​FRISCO – Dallas-based KDC and locally based Patronus Data Centers have teamed up to market and develop 35 acres for build-to-suit data centers for companies​​.

The tract, purchased in July 2014 by Patronus, is located northwest of the Dallas North Tollway and Main St. Patronus originally planned to develop the $250 million project solo. 

In all, the site could contain up to 500,000 sf of data center space.
