TxDOT launches traffic congestion info website

​​​​​​AUSTIN – The Texas Department of Trans​​portation has unveiled TexasClearLanes.com​, a tool aimed at keeping Texans informed of the agency’s efforts to address traffic congestion​. ​

The website comes at a time when the agency is most focused on improving travel times for drivers as the state’s population continues to boom.

While the site will include details about major road projects across the state, it will also provide visitors with in-depth information on congestion statewide, advice on how they can help reduce congestion​, and examples of what Texas companies and state agencies are doing to improve mobility.
