Staying trendy: Trendmaker Homes buys 29 lots in Leander’s Crystal Falls

​LEANDER - ​Trendmaker Homes has acquired 29 lots within The Fairways neighborhood of the master-planned community Crystal Falls. 

Trendmaker’s single-family homes will offer ten contemporary floor plans ranging from 3,404 to 3,985 sf.

Pricing is anticipated to begin in the low $500,000s, with a targeted grand opening in August 2016.

The 5,000-acre community is located west of Hwy. 183 and is approximately 25 miles north of downtown Austin.

The Crystal Falls purchase is Trendmaker’s second acquisition in the Austin market. In October 2015, the builder announced its initial acquisition in Austin at Belterra, a master-planned community in southwest Austin, which will ultimately include 38 lots for single-family homes.
