STAFFORD – The Crow Holdings Industrial has acquired about 50 acres of the former Texas Instrument campus in Stafford for an industrial park.

The industrial park is the eastern part of the former Texas Instruments campus, a 192-acre parcel which was recently sold to a StreetLevel Investments/Provident Realty JV, which is developing a mixed-use development called The Mosaic.

StreetLevel sold the eastern part of the Texas Instruments acreage to Crow Holdings for an industrial project, called Stafford Grove Industrial Park.

The industrial project, located at the southwest corner of West Airport Blvd. and Murphy Rd., is slated for completion in August.

The 352,000-sf Crow project will consist of three buildings, says Dane Petersen of Stream Realty Partners, which is leasing it.
