Matador waves flag for $82M Texas Tech off-campus development

​​LUBBOCK – American Campus Communities Inc. (ACC) has started
construction on 21Hundred @ Overton Park, an $81.6 million off-campus
development at Texas Tech University.

The community, which upon completion in fall 2017, will
consist of 1,204 beds.

The development will expand the company’s
presence in Lubbock by joining six existing ACC properties that total 3,816
beds, which were 99.0 percent occupied as of December 31, 2015.
