HOUSTON – David Kim has been named the new executive director of Urban Land Institute (ULI) Houston.
Before joining ULI, Kim was deputy assistant director of the City of Houston’s housing and community development department. He succeeds Ann Taylor, who served as executive director from 2008 to 2015.
Kim will work with ULI Houston District Council and ULI to develop and execute strategies regarding local and regional development issues and land use policies.
