Allstate buys 441-unit Mosaic multifamily

​​AUSTIN – ​​​​ The Allstate Corp., in association with CBRE Global Investors, purchased The Mosaic at Mueller.

The 441-unit luxury apartment community was built in 2008 at 4600 Mueller Rd. within the master-planned community on the former Robert Mueller Municipal Airport.

The development, which was 96 percent occupied at the time of sale, was most recently valued at $79.9 million by the Travis Central Appraisal District.

New York Life Insurance & Annuity Co., the previous owner, was represented by ARA Newmark.
