Arts District office tower under new ownership

​​DALLAS – Saint Paul Place. a 22-story, 273,217-sf Arts District tower, has been purchased by Quadrant Investment Properties from Goddard Investment Group.

​​Built in 1983 at St. Paul St. and Ross Ave., the tower is home to D Magazine Partners, which occupies more than two floors in the building, along with smaller tenants leasing an average of 5,000 sf each. 

HFF represented the seller, Goddard Investment Group. JLL put together the financing, and leasing of Saint Paul Place will be handled by CBRE.
