Not so cold in Leander: mixed-use Cold Springs Marketplace to deliver in summer

​LEANDER - Cold Springs Marketplace, a new mixed-use development that will include restaurant, retail and office space, is​ expected to open summer 2016. ​​

Located at 10480 Ronald Reagan Blvd., the development will include 51,000 sf of mixed-use space spread over four buildings, with up to 10,000 sf designated for restaurants.

So far tenants include Super Donut and dentist Dr. Truly Nguyen, with more expected to be announced soon
