HOUSTON – Sealy & Co. has purchased Northwest Point Business Park, a 232,307-sf light industrial portfolio on Brittmore Rd. on the city’s northwest side.
The park consists of four industrial buildings fully leased to ten tenants. They include manufacturing, distribution, and food-processing companies.
