The facility will be branded as Mini U Storage Tomball.
The property at 11950 Spring Cypress Rd. comprises 82,854 rentable sf of storage space in six buildings.
Built in 2007, it contains 626 units, 400 of which are climate-controlled.
The property offers truck rental as well as packing and moving supplies.
