Genesis Energy LP is expanding its office space at 919 Milam St. by roughly 19,136 sf.
John Byrd of Byrd Interior Construction, the contractor for the expansion, said Genesis will expand to the 22nd floor of the building. The energy company currently occupies the 14th, 20th and 21st floors, and has partial occupancy on the 18th floor. Byrd said that construction is underway and should wrap up in April. The building permit listed the cost of the renovation at $900,000.
