  • The median price of existing single-family homes decreased to $187,500, down 5.5% from December 2015.
  • Existing single-family home sales decreased 34.7% from December 2015 for a January 2016 total of 4,674 sold units.
  • Condos remained constant in price at $160,000, up 0.0% from December 2015.
  • Existing condo sales decreased 35.2% in January 2016 over December 2015 for a total of 321 sold units.​​
