DALLAS – A $51 million apartment community located north of Dallas’ White Rock Lake is underway.
The 291-unit Parc at White Rock is being built at Northwest Hwy. and Lawther Dr. and will start opening late this year.
The project is located next to a DART commuter rail station.
The Connecticut-based developer, Richman Group, is building apartments in Florida, California, Texas, Colorado and the Northeast.
