Liberty begins 44-acre Irving industrial park

​​​​​IRVING – Liberty Property Trust has started work on two buildings totaling 537,300 sf in a 44-acre industrial park called Liberty Park GSW North.

One building, located at 951 Valley View​ Ln., will have 341,400 sf with 32-foot clear heights, more than 380 parking spaces, and a 185-foot truck court. The other building at 5340 FAA Blvd. will include 195,900 sf with 28-foot clear heights, over 270 parking spaces, and a 130-foot truck court. 

A third building, which will measure 182,520 sf and be along Frye Rd., has not been started.

When completed, the park will have three Class A, LEED-certified industrial buildings totaling around 720,000 sf. 

GSR Andrade is the architect, Jordan Foster Construction is the general contractor, and Halff Associates is the civil engineer.
