STAFFORD – Houston’s coveted southwest industrial submarket, combined with Stafford’s business-friendly climate and tax exemption, has proven to be a business growth attraction.
Crow Holdings Industrial has broken ground on Stafford Grove Industrial Park, a 351,960-sf business park located at the corner of West Airport Blvd. and Murphy Rd.
When completed, the Class A development will consist of three buildings including a 95,400-sf rear-load building, 165,000-sf cross-dock building and a 91,560-sf front-load building.
The park’s location provides direct access to major thoroughfares Hwy. 59 and Beltway 8, and can accommodate users from 9,000 sf to 165,000 sf.
Warehouse facility amenities include an early suppression/fast response sprinkler system, 24 to 30-foot clear heights and ample trailer storage.
The project is scheduled to deliver in third quarter 2016.
