Shhh . . . Sunoco LP quietly moves HQ to Dallas

DALLAS – With little apparent fanfare, Sunoco LP has left Philadelphia and leased 121,000 sf along North Central Expy. for its new corporate headquarters. 

The petroleum company began taking occupancy of 8020 Park Lane last month. Along with four floors of office space, the building has street-level retail. Tenants include J Crew and DXL.

Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Northwood Investors. 

Sunoco was acquired by Kelcy Warren’s Energy Transfer in 2012.
