​​HOUSTON – Apartment developer The Dinerstein Cos. has submitted plans to the city for a 40-story residential tower called Vantage in Uptown.

​​The project is planned for 1.5 acres owned by locally based Class A Investors Post Oak. The land is at the northeast corner of Post Oak Blvd. and San Felipe Rd.

The podium-style tower will feature two floors of retail, seven floors of parking (including two underground), an indoor and outdoor amenity deck on the seventh floor, and 32 stories of residential space. 

Project partners for Vantage include Gensler as architect, Walter P. Moore as civil engineer, Blum Consulting Engineers Inc. as MEP engineer, Cardno Haynes Whaley as structural engineer, and Kudela & Weinheimer as landscape architect.
