528K-SF Gateway Industrial Park rises in Missouri City

​MISSOURI CITY – NAI Partners will manage a new 36-acre business park underway on the southern side of the Houston area on U.S. 90-A at Beltway 8.

The two-phase project, called Gateway Southwest Industrial Park, will have 527,800-sf of industrial space when both phases are complete.

Phase I of the park consists of Building 1, a 131,560-sf front-load facility and Building 2, a 217,440-sf cross-dock facility. 

As part of Phase II, Building three will be developed as a 176,800-sf facility providing a front-load configuration.
