​AUSTIN – The Austin Board of Realtors has released home sales data for January 2016.

Quick facts include:

• ​The median price of existing single-family homes decreased to $254,499, down 4 percent from December 2015 to January 2016. 
• Existing single-family home sales decreased 38.2 percent from December 2015 for a January 2016 total of 1,230 units sold.
