HOUSTON - An affiliate of Equus Capital Partners has added two more Houston buildings to its portfolio.
The two buildings total 302,461 sf at 5300 Memorial and 10497 Town & Country Way.
5300 Memorial Dr. contains 153,671 sf and is about three miles west of downtown.
10497 Town & Country Way contains 148,790 sf and is about 14 miles west of downtown near the CityCentre mixed-use complex.
Equus Capital Partners made its first purchase in the Houston area last year with the acquisition of the 11-story Comerica Bank building near US 59 and South Dairy Ashford in Sugar Land.
