​FORT WORTH – Real estate equity firm Block Funds and national multifamily management services company Block Multifamily Group (BMG) acquired the Trinity Bell Gardens at 9500 Trinity Blvd.

Trinity Bell Gardens is a 240-unit multifamily community comprised of one- and two-bedroom floor plans, averaging 1,086 sf, across 17 garden-style buildings. ​​​​​​

Completed in 2012, the community is located at the intersection of Trinity Blvd. and S. Norwood Dr. 

The property is equidistant between I-30 and the Airport Fwy. in Fort Worth’s Mosier Valley multifamily submarket.​
