RICHARDSON and LAS COLINAS – JPI has closed on two communities currently under construction: Jefferson Galatyn Park, a 5.37-acre urban development located one-mile south of the new CityLine development and Jefferson on Lake Carolyn, a 7.23-acre development inside the Las Colinas Urban Center.
Jefferson Galatyn Park is located in Richardson near the new State Farm and Raytheon headquarters at the intersection of Galatyn Parkway and Performance Dr.
The community boasts 379 apartment homes for rent ranging from 600 to 1,450 sf.
Residents can choose between one-, two- and three- bedroom homes as well as loft-style homes. The opening is set for summer 2017.
The second community —Jefferson on Lake Carolyn community— is located in Las Colinas at the intersection of Lake Carolyn Parkway and California Crossing Rd.
There will be 422 apartment homes available for rent. Residents can choose between one-, two- and three-bedroom homes ranging from 600 to 1,500 sf.
Opening is scheduled for summer 2017.
