Rosenberg Business Park acreage sold

​​​​ROSENBERG – Two tracts in the 184-acre Rosenberg Business Park, located on FM 2218, have been purchased for new development.

Croft Production Systems purchased 5.5 acres where they will build a facility that specializes in the manufacturing of natural gas processing equipment.

Meanwhile, Bearden Investments has purchased 7.2 acres next to Croft for the development of over 100,000 sf of office/warehouse space with a commitment from Century Air Conditioning Supply to open a branch as an anchor tenant. 

GSL Welcome Group represented Croft, while Boyd Commercial represented Bearden. Fuller Realty Partners represented the Rosenberg Business Park in the Bearden transaction, but the park was self-represented in the Croft transaction.
