ROLLINGWOOD, TRAVIS COUNTY - Global Retail Investors LLC has purchased the West Woods Shopping Center. 
The 189,340-sf property includes tenants such as SteinMart, Petco, CVS Pharmacy and Michaels.
The center, which is located at 3201 Bee Cave Rd., was 98 percent occupied at the time of closing.
Built in two phases in 1981 and 1992 the shopping center is spread out over 13 acres.
Global Retail purchased the property from Velocis who had purchased the center in 2012.
