Expanding NW Austin’s The Trails at 620

​​​AUSTIN​ - The Trails at 620, a 210,000-sf, Class A retail plaza at 8300 N. FM 620 in far northwest Austin is embarking on a major expansion. 

The opening of the 5,100-sf Napa Flats Wood-Fired Kitchen, along with the opening of Redfin Seafood Kitchen, kicks off Phase II of development of The Trails at 620.

The center, which is home to a variety of shops and restaurants, is currently anchored by a Moviehouse & Eatery with more major tenants are on the way.

Fitness studio Barre3 is nearly finished in the same building as Napa Flats and the center developer is currently seeking other new tenants.

The 50,000-sf Children’s Learning Adventure, a pre-K and after-school child care center, is under construction and a Holiday Inn Express is scheduled to open in April.

Carr Development is also adding 10,000 more sf of retail space to complete the retail center.
