Tech travel giant expanding Southlake HQ
The expansion allows Sabre to house an additional 400 employees.
Sabre extended a lease on space subleased from California-based CoreLogic. The sublease totals 125,000 sf on the first three floors of Building 3 in The Terrace and runs for another nine years.
The company also signed a ten-year lease with Equity Office Properties, an affiliate of the ownership behind Solana Business Park, Blackstone Group.
Sabre has a two-building headquarters within the business park totaling an estimated 250,000 sf of office space, with 3,000 employees in North Texas.
JLL represented Sabre. Cushman & Wakefield represented Equity Office in the transaction. The deal closed in late December and was the largest lease deal closed in Tarrant County in 2015.
