JV purchases 257,000-sf Austin business park

​AUSTIN – ​​​A joint venture of Boston-based Intercontinental Real Estate Corp. and locally based Eurus Capital Partners purchased the 257,000-sf Parmer Business Park.

Located 5300 Riata Park Ct, Parmer Business Park is next to the Apple campus under construction on Parmer Ln. 

The six-building project is fully leased to Apple Inc., Oracle Corp., GTech Corp., and Alchemy Systems. 

The seller was a RREEF affiliate, which purchased the property in 2012 for around $38.6 million. Kucera Cos. will manage and lease the property.
