​SAN ANTONIO - Agarita Management Co. has acquired the Isom Road Business Park and the North Plaza Business Park—two adjacent multitenant office and warehouse properties located at 401 and 431/435 Isom Rd. that span roughly 175,000 sf.

Agarita is planning a multimillion-dollar renovation for the two properties, which include seven separate buildings across nearly 10.5 acres in the northwest quadrant of Hwy. 281 and Loop 410.

​Agarita founder Ryan Smith said that while the North Plaza buildings are in great shape and post occupancy rates of more than 80 percent, the Isom Road Business Park needs some more attention.

“With an occupancy rate of about 60 percent, the Isom Rd. Business Park at 401 Isom was built in the 1970s and is in a fantastic location and great demographic area, but the property is a 40-year-old property and looks like a 40-year-old property,” Smith said.

According to the Bexar County Appraisal District, the North Plaza property is valued at $4.4 million, and the Isom Road Business Park has a value of $3.5 million.
