Amfuel signs nearly 125,000-sf industrial lease in Wichita Falls

​WICHITA FALLS – ​​​​​American Fuel Cell and Coated Fabrics Co. has signed a ten-year lease for 124,903 sf at 8600 Central Freeway N.

The site, on I-44 near SH 287 and SH 82, will be used for the manufacturing of composite materials.

Formerly used by Delphi Automotive, ​the property consists of a 348,000-sf south building and a 90,000-sf north building. Amenities include a five-foot reinforced concrete floor, precast concrete panel walls with insulated core, and ceiling heights ranging from 25 to 45 feet in the south building and 27.5 to 45.5 feet in the north building. ​

Binswanger negotiated the lease on behalf of the landlord, First Bank.
