​​DALLAS-FORT WORTH - Positive net absorption totaled 1,041,963 sf in fourth quarter 2015, marking the 10th consecutive quarter of positive absorption according to the latest report from Newmark Knight Grubb Frank. 

The overall vacancy rate has hovered around 18.5 percent for three consecutive quarters, as supply and demand reach equilibrium. 
Currently, with occupancy at 81.5 percent and healthy demand drivers boosting the overall market, asking rents increased a staggering 7.2 percent in 2015.
