301,500-sf spec industrial just around the Riverbend

​​​FORT WORTH – Hunt Southwest Real Estate Development LLC has acquired 16.6 acres in the Riverbend West Business Park in northeast Fort Worth for a 301,500-sf spec warehouse and distribution facility.

Construction on Riverbend West Distribution Center, at 2101 Reeves Place, will begin immediately with completion expected in third quarter 2016.

The facility will have state-of-the-art amenities including 32-ft clear height, cross-dock configuration, ESFR sprinkler system, expansive truck court depths and trailer parking.

Holt Lunsford Commercial will oversee leasing.
