HOUSTON – TriGate Capital has purchased the Northbelt Office Center II from C-III Asset Management.
The two-story building, located at 785 Greens Pkwy., totals 124,000 sf and is currently 68 percent occupied by five tenants. However, one tenant will vacate this year, dropping occupancy to 48 percent.
Transwestern has been hired for third-party leasing and management services.
