RICHARDSON – Cousins Properties completed its purchase of The Points at Waterview at 3400 Waterview Pkwy.
Buyer Stanton Road Capital paid $26.8 million, or approximately $132 per sf. 
The 204,000-sf, four-story building is located within Synergy Park.
Synegy Park completely changed hands after San Francisco, CA-based GI Partners acquired the 307,225-sf Tier III data center and office complex at 3000-3030 Waterview Pkwy. earlier this month.
The Points at Waterview, a mid-rise office building completed in 1998, is on a 15-acre site across from the University of Texas at Dallas campus and near President George Bush Turnpike.
