Hillwood adding 1.75 million sf of industrial to AllianceTexas

​​FORT WORTH – Hillwood Properties is adding 1.75 million sf of industrial space at AllianceTexas.

The space is composed of two industrial buildings in Alliance Westport and a third in Alliance Center North. 

Alliance Westport 18 and 19 are at the entrance to the BNSF Railway Alliance Intermodal Facility at FM 156 and Intermodal Pkwy. Westport 18 will be 800,000 sf with the ability to expand to 1.3 million sf, while Westport 19 will total 360,000 sf.

The 588,000-sf Alliance Center North 15 will be at the interchange of I-35W and Eagle Pkwy.

All three facilities will offer 360-degree, on-site truck circulation and access to adjacent land for additional care or trailer parking expansion opportunities.​ The facilities should be complete by second quarter 2016.​​
