LITTLE ELM – A 7.4-acre mixed-use development is being built by Dallas developer Palladium USA International at the southeast corner of Eldorado Parkway and Main St., across from Hydrous Wake Park.

The project—built in partnership with NE Development—will contain 6,000 sf of retail and restaurant space and 203,090 sf of apartments homes in four-story buildings.
The mixed-use development will have 242 apartments and will take 16 to 18 months to build.​
