LAREDO – A 358,507-sf outlet center — The Outlet Shoppes at Laredo — is scheduled to open in 2016 with a wide variety of well-known designer brands.
Located downtown on the heavily traveled area of Gateway to the Americas (Bridge 1) near I-35 and adjacent to a new $30 million customs bridge.
The Outlet Shoppes at Laredo is ideally located to attract over 4.5 million Mexican shoppers in addition to the 900,000 residents in Laredo and Nuevo Laredo.
Some of the nation’s best known brands and designer outlet shops will be featured, including Michael Kors, Tommy Hilfiger, Abercrombie & Fitch, Guess, Puma, Banana Republic and Perry Ellis.
