Houston’s 500 Crawford a ball throw away to Minute Maid Park

​​​​HOUSTON – Astros fans can now live within throwing distance of Minute Maid Park.

The Finger Cos. has opened its newest Houston apartment complex on a two-block site at 500 Crawford, directly across from the baseball stadium. 

Leasing began last week and residents will begin to move in during March.

Company founder Marvy Finger also developed downtown’s One Park Place, a high-rise residential tower on the western edge of Discovery Green. That building has a Phoenicia Specialty Foods market on the ground floor.

His 500 Crawford building has similar amenities and interior finishes, but lower rents. The least expensive one-bedroom unit has 710 sf and leases for $1,590 a month.
