SAN ANGELO - Housing prices have dropped from last quarter, but remain higher compared to last year according to the fourth quarter 2015 San Angelo Housing report released by Coldwell Banker Patterson.
The median sales price dropped a substantial 4.9 percent from last quarter, however, the average dollar per sf showed only a mild decline.
Listed inventory also increased, so this level, combined with declining rates of sales, resulted in a months-of-supply increase to about six months, which is still considered approximately normal in most markets.
