​​​FRISCO – Construction has been underway on the proposed $1.6 billion, 175-acre Wade Park, and Thomas Land & Development has announced a new round of retailers and restaurants to be added to the mix. 

Wade Park — the mixed-use development under construction at the Dallas North Tollway and Lebanon Rd. — will be home to new locations of Sur La Table, Paper Source and Blo Blow Dry Bar.
The initial phase of Wade Park is slated to open in 2017 and will include Whole Foods Market, iPic Theatres, Pinstripes Bowling, Bocce, Bistro, The Rustic, Arhaus, Thirteen Pies, Steel City Pops and Torchy’s Tacos. 
The first phase will feature — in addition to 600,000 sf of specialty retail space — Boutique Hotel ZaZa as well as Texas’ first Langham Hotels & Resorts hotel.
