SAN ANTONIO – Atlanta-based developer Carter has sold Tetro Student Village to a private investor.
The 198-unit property at 15502 Babcock Rd. is just across Loop 1604 from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
The Bexar County Appraisal District values the property at $27 million. According to Real Capital Analytics, the buyer secured a $24 million loan with Walker & Dunlop.
Austin-based FourPoint Student Housing Investments brokered the transaction on Carter’s behalf.
The student housing development, which was built in 2013, was fully occupied at time of sale.
