Liberty Hill’s Santa Rita Ranch sales 58 percent in 2015
LIBERTY HILL, WILLIAMSON COUNTY – Santa Rita Ranch reported a 58 percent increase in sales from 2015 over 2014.
There were 106 new home sales in 2015 compared to 80 in 2014. December, typically, a slower month for new home sales, brought a record 20 sales — almost a sale a day.
Located in Williamson County, Santa Rita Ranch is enjoying the benefits of the area: Over the past 25 years, Williamson County residents have enjoyed the state’s fastest rate of income growth and the 6th highest in the nation.
The county has increased employment by 73 percent since 2000, and remains a hot market with 3Q 2015 statistics placing the county with 44 percent of the housing market share, leading the area in both starts and closings.
Located at the intersection of Hwy 29 and Ronald Reagan, Santa Rita Ranch is a 3,100-acre master planned community and will eventually be home to over 6,000 families. Currently, there are eight home builders building in Santa Rita Ranch.
"With Georgetown and Liberty Hill Schools, natural gas, one gig internet speed, a resort style pool with two two-story water slides, parks and trails, this community is setting the pace for families in the $200s -$700s price range," says Cecilia Roberts, a Realtor with Coldwell Banker.
