12 acres in Legacy West slated for residences

​PLANO – ​​Republic Property Group has purchased a 12-acre tract within the $2 billion, 255-acre Legacy West development for homes that will be built by Scott Felder Homes DFW.

The residential development, called Villas at Legacy West, will cost $100 million to develop 127 custom homes.

The one-, two- and three-story detached townhomes are expected to range from 1,900 to 3,600 sf with rooftop decks. Prices will start in the $500,000s. 

Construction is slated to start by the end of the year. ​
