305-unit Arlington community sold

​ARLINGTON – Dallas-based DPR Asset Management has acquired Olympic Club Apartments, a 305-un​​it, 189,813-sf multifamily community.

The garden-style community was constructed in 19​72 on 9.5 acres at 504 Dudley Circle off E. Pioneer Pkwy. It includes studio, one- and two-bedroom units and was 99 percent occupied at the time of sale. ​

City Gate Property Group has been chosen to manage the complex. Sperry Van Ness/TJF Investments LP represented the seller, an individual investor. Henry S. Miller Brokerage represented DPR Asset Management. ​​​​
