San Antonio: 34,400-SF Village on the Green returns to local hands

​SAN ANTONIO – Village on the Green has been sold to San
Antonio-based investment group 1251 Austin Highway LP.

The 34,383-sf center is located at 555 E Basse Rd. and is
currently 78 percent occupied.

The sale, which closed shortly before the start of the new
year, shifts the ownership back to the local level after having been owned by
out-of-town interests such as South Carolina-based retail developer EDENS and,
prior to that, Houston-based real estate investment trust AmREIT.

Travis Commercial is set to manage the property.
