We Pack picks up over 300,000 sf in Mesquite

​​MESQUITE – Binswanger has negotiated an industrial lease of 300,283 sf at Skyline Business Park Building 1, located at 951 Town E. Blvd. We Pack Logistics, which provides contract packaging and distribution services, is the tenant. 

Skyline Business Park Building 1 is a rail-served, 457,076-sf warehouse-distribution facility on 27.7 acres at Chase Rd. and Skyline Dr.

Binswanger handled the transaction for We Pack. CBRE represented the landlord, LIT Industrial​​.
