​​​​PASADENA – Two tenants signed leases in the Bay Area Business Park totaling more than one million sf. 

Memphis, Tenn.-based Dunavant preleased 565,760 sf in Phase II of the business park, which is set to deliver in September. Floor & Dé​cor Outlets of America Inc. leased 480,480 sf in Phase I, which delivered in 2009 and includes three buildings totaling 1.2 million sf. Both leases were finalized late last month.

Principal Real Estate Investors owns Bay Area Business Park. Stream Realty Partners of Dallas developed the park and oversees leasing and management. 

Currently, Dunavant is leasing 365,000 sf in Phase I of the park, meaning the company will expand its footprint in the park by over 50 percent. 

Phase II of the Bay Area Business Park will contain four buildings totaling 829,415 sf. Dunavant will fully occupy two of those buildings.
