GEPAR: El Paso area home sales Dec. 2015

​EL PASO – The Greater El Paso Association of Realtors
(GEPAR) has released home sales data for December 2015. Data released Jan. 10, 2016.​

• The median price of existing single-family homes decreased
  to $125,000, down 1.5 percent from November 2015.

• Existing single-family home sales increased 18.2 percent
  from November 2015 for a December 2015 total of 363 sold units.

• Condos decreased in price to $67,000, down 16.1 percent from
  November 2015.

• Existing condo sales decreased 6.7 percent in December 2015
  from November 2015 for a total of 14 sold units.
